TSAC 2014 Make a different Thailand, contribution from young academics !

สมาคมนักเรียนไทยในประเทศฝรั่งเศส ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์เป็นการรวมตัวกันของนักเรียนไทยในประเทศฝรั่งเศสที่อาจนับย้อนหลังไปได้ถึงปี พ.ศ. 2466 ในแต่ละปีสมาคมจะจัดการประชุมนักเรียนเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนไทยได้พบปะกันซึ่งรูปแบบและกิจกรรมในงานประชุมก็แตกต่างกันไปตามความเหมาะสมของแต่ละปี

การจัดงานประชุมในปีนี้ยังมีความพิเศษขึ้นไปอีกระดับหนึ่งโดยจะเป็นการประชุมภายใต้ชื่อ TSAC (Thai Student Academic Conference) ซึ่งงานภายใต้ชื่อ TSAC เคยจัดมาแล้วที่เมือง Volendam ประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ เมื่อปี 2555 และที่เมือง Göttingen ประเทศเยอรมนี เมื่อปี 2556 การจัดงานประชุมในปีนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักๆสามประการ

1) เปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนนักวิจัยชาวไทยในฝรั่งเศสและในยุโรปได้พบปะ พูดคุย แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นทั้งในเรื่องการเรียนและการทำงาน
2) ส่งเสริมการให้ความรู้และการอภิปรายในประเด็นที่น่าสนใจในปัจจุบันซึ่งในปีนี้เรามีวิทยากรเป็นอาจารย์สอนวิชากฎหมายจากมหาวิทยาลัยตูลูสและวิศวกรชาวไทยที่ทำงานด้านการพัฒนาระบบรถไฟในประเทศฝรั่งเศส
3) เป็นเวทีนำเสนอองค์ความรู้ใหม่ๆโดยเปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียน นักวิจัยในยุโรปได้นำเสนอผลงานวิจัยหรืองานวิชาการผ่านการส่งบทคัดย่อซึ่งจะมีการพิจารณาคัดเลือกอย่างเป็นระบบ ผู้นำเสนองานมีโจทย์สำคัญในการนำเสนองานให้น่าสนใจให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานจากทุกระดับและสาขาการศึกษาสามารถเข้าถึงและเข้าใจได้ ผู้เข้าร่วมงานนอกจากจะได้รับความรู้ที่หลากหลายแล้วก็จะได้เห็นวิธีการทำงาน การนำเสนอที่เป็นมืออาชีพ สามารถนำไปปรับใช้ได้ในการศึกษาและการทำงานในอนาคต

งาน TSAC 2014 จะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 25-27 เมษายน 2557 ณ เมือง Toulouse ประเทศฝรั่งเศส Toulouse เป็นเมืองใหญ่อันดับที่สี่ของฝรั่งเศสเป็นเมืองที่ผสมผสานความงดงามทางประวัติศาสตร์เข้ากับความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีอย่างลงตัว Toulouse มีชื่อเรียกอย่างไม่เป็นทางการว่า La Ville rose หรือเมืองสีชมพูตามสีของอิฐที่นำมาก่อเป็นอาคารซึ่งสามารถพบเห็นได้ทั่วไป Toulouse ในปัจจุบันยังเป็นที่รู้จักในฐานะเมืองที่ตั้งโรงประกอบเครื่องบินขั้นสุดท้ายของบริษัท Airbus เครื่องบินของ Airbus ทุกลำจะถูกประกอบชิ้นส่วนจนสำเร็จและทะยานขึ้นฟ้าเป็นครั้งแรกที่เมืองนี้

แล้วพบกันในฤดูใบไม้ผลิที่ Toulouse !

ทำไมเราจึงควรเข้าร่วมงาน TSAC 2014 ?
1) พบมิตรเก่า เจอเพื่อนใหม่ TSAC เป็นจุดนัดพบเพื่อการพบปะพูดคุยแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นที่หลากหลาย
2) รับรู้และอัพเดทองค์ความรู้ใหม่ๆจากอาจารย์และเพื่อนๆจากหลากหลายสาขา
3) Toulouse ในฤดูใบไม้ผลิ มันเจ๋งมาก ทำไมเราจะไม่ไปล่ะ !

Thai Student Association in France under royal patronage is a cooperation among Thai students dated back to 1923. Each year, Association organizes a conference allowing students to meet up and to discuss many issues. The Conference in 2014 shall be more special as we adopt the pattern more academic under the logo TSAC (Thai Student Academic Conference). The TSAC has been held at Volendam, the Netherlands (2012) and Göttingen, Germany (2013).

Objectives of TSAC 2014
1. TSAC shall be a meeting point for Thai students and researchers in France and in Europe to meet and exchange their points of view both on the student life and academic career.
2. TSAC provides and promotes dialogues on the interesting current issues. This year, we invite a professor of public law from Toulouse University and an engineer who takes part in the development of railroad system in France.
3. TSAC shall be a platform for Thai students and researchers to present their work. Candidates submit their abstracts that will be properly evaluated. Presenters have a challenge to draw a great attention from audience from various levels and domains of study. The audience will see how the presentation is conducted that will be helpful for their future study and work.

The TSAC 2014 Make a different Thailand, contribution from young academics ! will be held 25-27 April 2014 at Toulouse, France. Toulouse rank in No.4 of French Metropolitan which can combine its ancien beauty with technologies. Toulouse is also famous for its Airbus factory where all of Airbus aircrafts are assembled and take off for the first time to the sky of Toulouse.
